What We Believe

We Believe that the Bible is infallible and the only inspired Word of God.

We Believe in one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

We Believe that Jesus is the Son of God, the Christ.  He was born of a virgin, crucified, buried and raised from the dead.

We Believe that Jesus will return for His Church.

We Believe that all have sinned and need a savior, and that Christ is that Savior. Salvation from eternal judgment is only available to those who believe in Christ's finished work.  It is only by God's grace, and not our own works.

We Believe in following Christ's command to be baptized - fully immersed - in water. This act does not save us, but declares our identification with Christ in His death, burial and resurrection.

We Believe that the Lord Jesus Christ has directed His church to regularly remember His sacrifice by sharing communion together.

We Believe that physical healing is included in Christ's finished work on The cross and is available today.

We Believe that the baptism of the Holy Spirit, with the evidence of speaking in tongues, is is an experience in addition to receiving the Holy Spirit in salvation. It is the empowerment of a believer to be Christ's witness and to do His Good Works.
